Happy Friday! This week from the street, here’s what we’re hearing….
Videology Announced its Work with Fox Networks Group’s AIM
We’re wrapping up the week after a couple of exciting Videology announcements. Just yesterday we announced our work with Fox Networks Group's (FNG) Audience Insights Manager (AIM), an optimized linear solution that enables advertising partners to effectively target precision audiences across FNG's television inventory.
In addition to providing linear optimization services for AIM, Videology will also support FNG's participation in OpenAP, a consortium FNG co-founded with Viacom and Turner to deliver cross-publisher targeting and independent posting for advanced audiences. Q3 2017 Canada Video At-A-Glance Report
We released our Q3 2017 Canada Video Market A-A-Glance report which revealed that Canadian advertisers saw a 40% increase in in-demo delivery when employing Predictive Demo Targeting in their campaigns, ahead of the Nielsen Baseline.
Another key finding from the report was that improved in-demo delivery is important to advertisers as the use of demo targeting in video remains part of most brands' video strategies.
Since demo-based buying is a mainstay for TV advertising, the use of age and gender targeting in video allows marketers to plan and measure performance more holistically—increasingly important as viewing migrates across screens. Find the full report here and the press release here. We received great coverage of the report in Media in Canada and MarTechSeries.
We’re excited to see what the Q4 2017 Canada report reveals!
Q3 2017 U.S. TV & Video Market At-A-Glance Report
And we’re still hearing buzz from our Q3 U.S. TV & Video At-A-Glance report that was issued last week. Mark McKee, Videology’s EVP, Sales & Marketing, North America, shared an exclusive comment with ExchangeWire on the report, which included: “It’s not surprising that Videology continues to see more and more interest from advertisers looking to learn more about how Advanced TV can help enhance their TV advertising strategies. Our clients are seeing how effective it is to bring advanced data sets to media planning, buying, and optimization – and across devices. We expect to see the number of Advanced TV campaigns in the Videology platform to accelerate as the demand for it grows.” Read the coverage here.
