New York, December 2nd, 2015—Videology— a leading software provider for converged TV and video advertising —today announced that it has hired Richard Hall for the newly created role of Vice President, North America Television Strategy, to help lead the company in the ongoing development and rollout of its Advanced TV platform. Hall will report into Videology’s Managing Director of North America, Tim Castree.
Hall is a veteran software product expert, with over 15 years of experience delivering flagship products for technology leaders, including IPG Mediabrands/Cadreon, Netscape, Sony Crackle, and Dolby. In his new role, Hall will work closely with the Videology executive and product teams to continue building out and evangelizing their Advanced TV platform, which offers media specialists the ability to plan, buy, and measure TV advertising programmatically through Videology’s Converged Advertising platform. Hall will focus on working with agency and supply side partners to help them leverage and best utilize Videology’s advanced TV platform to drive ROI and increase sales.

Prior to joining Videology, Hall worked as Director of Product Management for Advanced TV at Cadreon, the digital marketing services platform of IPG Mediabrands, leading the development of Cadreon’s advanced TV platform. Before his work at Cadreon, Hall held Product Management roles at Sony Pictures/Crackle, Dolby Laboratories, and Netscape, where he lead the development of products and feature sets central to each organization.
