Videology Recruits Industry Expert Masato Uesu to Focus Business Development in Japan

Tokyo, August 05, 2015 - Videology, one of the world’s leading video advertising platforms, today announced the expansion of its Japanese leadership team with the appointment of Mr. Masato Uesu as Business Development Director. In response to Videology’s continued growth in market, Mr. Uesu’s new role will see him utilize his extensive local and global market experience to drive the company’s expansion, identifying and strengthening local partnerships through adoption of Videology’s best-in-class technology solution.

With a background in Computer Science, Mr. Uesu has forged an impressive career in the advertising technology world - spending time at Excite, TOEIC and KDDI since the early dotcom days, working as the International CTO of Glam Media, and most recently acting as the Product Head at Ogilvy One helping create new product solutions for IBM.

Joining Videology with immediate effect, Mr. Uesu will have a key role in promoting and evangelizing the company’s technology solution with new and existing clients and will be responsible for driving Videology’s client expansion and diversification strategy. With the continued popularity and adoption of online video in the Japanese market, Mr Uesu will assist clients in extracting the most value and efficiencies from Videology’s advertising platform and services. Based in the company’s Tokyo office, Mr. Uesu will report to Mr. Michael D’Ambrosio, Commerical Director, Japan.
